Welcome
The network exists to raise pupil progress and to improve outcomes for children in our schools. We do this through offering leadership development and support at all levels, commissioning ongoing high quality professional development, determining shared priorities and devising collaborative projects for our staff and our children.
As a vital part of our network activities, both Headteachers and school staff have access to a wide range of CPD, training resources and materials – plus ongoing peer support.

Digital Strategy
A 2-year project to develop and embed a network-wide digital strategy for all schools, culminating in the establishment of a sustainable Digital Champions across the group.
SENCO Network
This group meets once a term to support and share thinking and innovation in SEND leadership and practice.
Early Years Network
Provide the opportunity for phase leaders to work and learn collaboratively – strengthening early years practice and provision across all the schools in our network.
Maths project
Developing effective Maths pedagogy across all settings., and providing ongoing peer support for Maths Leaders.
